PEARL MOSAIC

This shawl is inspired by Oriental Kufiya shawls but has a modern twist.  Two contrasting colors pop against the classic light and dark of the main body, inviting you to play with color. Why not try an unusual and happy color combination?  
The slip stitch pattern is easy to memorize, producing a squishy, cozy fabric perfect for snuggling in. The stitches stack on top of each other like strings of pearls – easy to knit but a striking effect.  
Blocking lets the stitch pattern bloom to its full beauty.

Gauge: 23 sts and 28 rows per 10 cm/ 4” in stockinette stitch after blocking with 4.5 mm.
